A Journey of Education, Service & Social Empowerment Since 2014
Sarva Shiksha Sewa Samiti is a non-profit educational and social welfare organization founded in 2014 by Shri Shahid Alam with a vision to promote education, talent development, social awareness and public welfare.
The journey began from Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh, with a simple but powerful belief — every child deserves an opportunity to learn, every talent deserves recognition, and every person in need deserves support. Over the years, this initiative has grown into a wider educational and social movement. Today, the Samiti is actively working across 11 districts of Uttar Pradesh, connecting students, teachers, educational institutions, social workers and responsible citizens through various educational and social initiatives.

Key Initiatives & Programs
Uttar Pradesh Talent Olympiad
One of the organization's flagship initiatives, this annual state-level educational program follows the vision: Identify • Encourage • Empower Talent. It gives students from Classes 5 to 12 an opportunity to demonstrate their academic abilities and receive recognition, awards, scholarships and educational support.
Flying Uttar Pradesh – Celebrating Medical Talent
Promising students pursuing medical education and achieving excellence are recognized and encouraged, celebrating young medical aspirants and inspiring students to pursue educational and career goals with dedication.
Maha Shanti Sammelan – A Platform for Harmony
Respected religious leaders and representatives of different faiths are brought together to discuss social welfare, peace, brotherhood and societal development.

Shaheed Bhagat Singh Public Library
Established in 2019 at Parasa Palaideeh, Balrampur, the library provides students and young people access to books, knowledge and a positive learning environment, promoting reading and intellectual growth.
Supporting Children Through Education
Educational assistance and support remain central commitments. So far, 130 children have been adopted or supported by Sarva Shiksha Sewa Samiti.

Recognizing Students, Teachers & Educationists
More than 1,000 students have been honored and rewarded through educational initiatives. Dedicated teachers, principals and educationists are recognized through initiatives such as Sarva Shiksha Ratna, acknowledging their contribution to education and society.
Standing With Society During COVID-19
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Sarva Shiksha Sewa Samiti extended its activities beyond education and stood with families facing difficult circumstances. The organization and its volunteers helped provide ration and essential food supplies to hundreds of needy people during the lockdown.
From One Beginning to a Growing Movement
What began in Balrampur in 2014 has gradually developed into an expanding educational and social initiative across Uttar Pradesh. From talent examinations to scholarships, from recognizing students and teachers to supporting children, from building a culture of reading to promoting social harmony — every initiative is guided by one larger purpose: to create opportunities through education and contribute to society through service.
